SAYNO WELCOMES SEVEN NEW BOARD MEMBERS

Montgomery, AL (December 23, 2011)—The Substance Abuse Youth Networking Organization (SAYNO) has appointed seven new members to its board of directors: Candy Capel, station manager, WVAS; Derrick Cunningham, chief deputy, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office; Dr. Tina Betts Davis, consultant; John Mazyck, senior vice president, The Frazer Lanier Company; Brenda Mitchell, chief of staff, Montgomery Police Department; Will Sellers, partner, Balch & Bingham, LLP; and Alicia Works, co-owner, Workable Solutions Investigative & Protective Services, LLC.

Charles G. Cleveland, president, board of directors, said, "I look forward to working with and learning from these professionals.  Their individual expertise combined with those of our existing board members will increase SAYNO’s capacity to continue providing programs and services to youth and their families in the River Region area.”

Also serving on SAYNO’s board of directors are: Charles G. Cleveland, Gen. USAF, (Ret), President; Beverly Ross, Vice-President; Pat Morgan, Secretary-Treasurer; Dr. John Ashurst; Michael Briddell; Dr. Richard Carroll; Frank Coiro; Lawrence Cole, Jr.; James Conway; Jim Drummond, MGen, USA (Ret); Barbara Gilewicz; Mollie Kemp; Joan Loeb; Sheri McKean; and Margaret Meier de Cox.
